Pricing
Saving you money is important to us. If you see a regular price lower on any domestic Internet site, before you order or within 10 days of your order, you will receive the lower price on that order or an in-house credit towards your next order, equal to the difference in price. We will NOT match prices of any non-domestic Internet site or any site that does not ship within 24 hours of ordering. Additional promotions or coupons cannot be used in conjunction with price-matched orders. You are also assured of receiving excellent customer service and prompt delivery.

Emails regarding order confirmation, package tracking, newsletters, and "my account", will be originating from the domain "wwwenterprise.com". To ensure you receive our emails, please add "wwwenterprise.com" to you list of approved senders.

Product Photography
Product photos are used for illustrative purposes only, and do not necessarily represent the actual product packaging you may receive. We work very hard to ensure all product photos are accurate, but they may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to; changes to product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.), changes to product packaging from the manufacturer, different versions of the same product, and package contents modifications.
DermCosmetics.com is not responsible for slight variations in the product photo displays on our website, and the product you receive. In cases where the product displayed does not match the product you will receive, we will make every effort to explain in the product description.
How to Order
Just visit our Product Center, where you will find a complete selection of Dermatologist Approved and Recommended over-the-counter skin care products, personal care and beauty items. When you see an item you want to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Remember to view your Shopping Cart (see "Checkout & Order Confirmation" below) before you leave DermCosmetics.com to complete your ordering process!

Coupons

For accuracy, it is recommended that you copy-and-paste the coupon code from the source you obtained it.
Only one coupon is allowed per order. If you plan to use the Google or PayPal payment options please enter and apply the coupon on the shopping cart page BEFORE clicking on the appropriate payment button. If the coupon does not appear in your shopping cart you must use the Standard Checkout/Call Customer Service option.
Coupons cannot be deducted from online orders that have already been processed. If you place an order online, enter your credit card information in the payment area, and receive your order confirmation, and then decide to call in to have your special coupon applied your request will be declined. The special coupon will be issued as an in-house credit on your account. Once an In-house credit has been issued, you MUST use the Standard Checkout “Call Our Customer Service Department” button and then call in your credit card information and ask to have the credit applied to your new future order.

Checkout & Order Confirmation
When you're done shopping, visit the Shopping Cart to review your order. You will see the total amount of your order, excluding shipping, if any. We have three checkout options for you to choose from: Google Checkout, PayPal or Standard Checkout (credit card or by telephone, toll-free at 1-800-393-3848).
If you choose the Standard Checkout option, you will be transferred to our secure processing area where you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address. While in the secured area you will need to enter your Credit Card information or you may choose to use the "Call Our Customer Service Department" button. If you use the "call" option your order and secured contact information will be saved and you will be instructed to call us toll-free at 1-800-393-3848 (Hours listed below) to provide your credit card number.
Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your order.
Note: ALL online orders with credit card information entered are charged immediately.
Shipping and Handling
In an effort to enhance our Customer Service, we are offering our customers three delivery options. Customers now have the option of 6 to 8 day service, 3 to 4 day service, and 2-day service at shipping rates to meet every budget. Orders over $75.00 are eligible for FREE 6 to 8 day delivery.
Note:
Products that are in stock are shipped within 24 business hours - Guaranteed! Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If your order contains one of these items the entire order will be processed and shipped when the back-ordered products are available. If the item is going to be on back-order for an extended period of time due to a manufacturing problem we will separate your order and ship the products that are in stock to you. The backordered item will be shipped to you, at no additional cost, when it arrives back in stock.
Customers will be notified via email within one (1) business day if a product is OUT OF STOCK.
Tax
We are currently required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping to New York (8.75%), California (8.75%), and Michigan (6%). Tax will be calculated as a flat rate no matter what county you live in, and added to your order when your payment is processed.
International Orders
Canadian Orders: All orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service Global Express Mail with a flat shipping charge of $15.00 (USD). Orders exceeding $200.00 will pay $5.95 (USD) for their shipping. Please make sure to enter your Province as well as your City in the appropriate fields on the billing/shipping page in our secure processing area. You may enter and process your credit card real-time online without having to call in your payment information directly to us.
International customers (exception: Canada) may place orders online but must call in their credit card information directly to us at 1-800-393-3848 (Hours listed below). A portion of your credit card bill may be requested to verify ownership of the credit card prior to your order being processed.

These product lines are not available for distribution outside of the United States due to Federal Regulations and this will not change. With NO exceptions will these product lines be shipped out of the United States.
Returns
DermCosmetics.com wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-house credit only.
A 15% handling fee may be deducted from all returns effective March 2006. No refund or exchange will be given if you order a product that is too strong for your skin type, i.e. a product is stronger than the entry-level item from each group.
To initiate your return, you must contact us at Info@WWWEnterprise.com, or call us at 1-800-393-3848 (Hours listed below) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A customer care associate will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and instructions for return.
For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Once an in-house credit has been issued, you MUST use the Standard Checkout "Call Our Customer Service Department" button and then call in your credit card information and ask to have the credit applied to your new order. We cannot apply an in-house credit to an order that had credit card information entered at the time of processing. If you place an order online, enter your credit card information online and receive your order confirmation and then decide to call to have your in-house credit applied your request will be declined.

My Skin Rewards
"My Skin Rewards" are Cash Back Credits that can be used when placing an online purchase. "My Skin Rewards" are used as cash, and can be applied to an order during the online checkout process. Rewards may be assigned for many reasons, a few include:
